TRADUÇÃO: SEMAINE CULTURAL AFRICAN & AFRICAFEST – SEMAINE CULTURELLE AFRICAINE

O AfricaFest é um festival vibrante cujo objetivo está intimamente alinhado com o espírito da herança canadense e da cultura canadense como um todo. Nosso objetivo desde a nossa criação em 2012 tem sido construir a comunidade de Victoria e British Columbia através da celebração e conscientização das artes, cultura e patrimônio da África e do Caribe.

A AfricaFest está rapidamente se tornando uma das maiores feiras culturais do BC, que reúne colombianos britânicos de todas as culturas e origens para celebrar os sabores, cheiros, paisagens, ritmos e sons da África e do Caribe.

As muitas actividades previstas visam assegurar uma representação diversificada das várias regiões de África e do

Caribbean, encourage people to feel a sense of community pride and showcase the artistic and culinary talents of African and Caribbean participants. [...]
